“Medium Panel Repair” training

Last week, a training course titled “Medium Panel Repair” was held for panel beaters (or body repair technicians) at our newly completed training center, Benefit Training Center.

A total of 2 groups and 12 technicians from 8 companies participated in the training.

The following topics were covered:

• Spotter accessories for carrying out major straightening work on vehicle body panels
• Use of the glue-pulling system for performing major straightening work
• Use of straightening rods in daily sheet metal work

The training consisted of a theoretical part, which covered damage assessment, various repair technologies, and selecting the appropriate technology according to the damage, and a practical part with specific tasks on panel straightening.

The feedback from the participants was very positive, and even panel beaters with a wealth of experience found new approaches and working methods for themselves.
