Challenge
Accident repair center with a complete body and paint shop as part of the new Laagri Auto Center.
Solution
We planned, designed the technology, and supplied/installed all the equipment for Inchcape Motors’ new body and paint shop in Laagri. This workshop is part of the new Ford Auto Center and serves as an accident repair facility for all Inchcape brands – BMW, Ford, Mazda, Jaguar-Land Rover, and BYD.

A new modern accident repair center in Tallinn, where all Inchcape cars are repaired.

A sustainable all-in-one solution thanks to an employee-friendly and environmentally efficient design.
Fast and energy-efficient paint and drying booths, along with preparation areas, ensure 35–40% savings in heat and electricity consumption.
Installed equipment
Blowtherm Extra paint booth, 4.5 × 9 m, with an air capacity of 38,000 m³/h, featuring sideways vehicle movement on rails and a 7 m lifting side door.
Blowtherm Extra Drying Booth 4 × 9 m, drive-through sidewys on the rails
2 × Blowtherm Genius Prepstations, each with its own thermo-ventilation unit. Total of 6 work bays. Both units equipped with heat recupoerators . Airflow and lighting in each work area are individually adjustable. Electric curtains in front of and between work areas. Two work positions with recessed painter lifts for more ergonomic working.
Blowtherm MIX modular paint mixing room with necessary equipment. The paint mixing room features an integrated ventilation system ensuring optimal airflow.

MIRKA mobile sanding centers with dust extraction and DEROS electric sanders
3 × CAR-O-LINER Speed – light body repair benches
