Project and installation of the paint and drying booths
Installed equipment
Blowtherm Extra paint booth, internal dimensions 4 × 10 m, hot water heating system with 330 kW water heating coil, heat recovery unit, and equipment installed on a platform above the booth.
Blowtherm Extra Dry dryer, internal dimensions 4 × 10 m, hot water heating system with 150 kW water heating coil, heat recovery unit for renewed air, and equipment installed on a platform above the booth.
Electrically operated thermally insulated rolling door between the booths.
JUNAIR QUAD corner air blower system in the spraybooth for rapid basecoat drying.
SATA compressed air filters with activated carbon stage.
