Challenge

Design, Planning, and Equipment Installation for a Body and Paint Workshop in Gothenburg, Sweden

Solution

Planning, design, and equipping of a Body- and Paintshop. A fully integrated custom solution was implemented for the painting department, comprising a four-section Prepstation area, an 8-meter drive-through Spraybooth, a 9-meter Drying Oven, and a paint mixingroom for Standox Paint System. Two separate large pre-treatment areas are provided for high-roof vans. IRT infrared dryers are installed on rails in the pre-treatment areas. All equipment units and the compressed air system are installed on a dedicated platform on the second flooron all units.
